Beginning with the arrival of contamination-free superior grade cotton from ginning up to our raw materials warehouse, each bale is rigorously tested for staple length, strength, cleanliness, inferior and superior admixtures and other attributes of quality. HSML works closely with cotton ginners to ensure lot-to-lot consistency of cotton fiber to have premium quality whole yarn. Once the bale has met our inflexible quality control guidelines, cotton is then assigned for yarn manufacturing process. The basic steps of the process are
  1. Opening/cleaning/blending.
  2. Carding – desired technical properties are achieved through use of ultra-modern carding machinery.
  3. Drawing
  4. Simplex
  5. And then on to the specialized type of ring spinning system – uniquely developed for fine as well as coarse count yarns.

Use of contamination-free A grade cotton, constant monitoring, attention to detail, and strict quality control procedures guarantee a conformably superior yarn. To further ensure that the process produces the best yarn, samples are taken throughout each run and tested.
